Taurus reaches $30million settlement

Brazilian gun manufacturer Forjas Taurus SA has agreed to a $30,000,000 settlement in a class action lawsuit over defective triggers in Taurus pistols.  Plaintiffs in the lawsuit claimed that the affected firearms were capable of firing when dropped, regardless of whether or not the safety was engaged.
